Changing the default margin size

We've just made the giant leap from SPSS 15 to 19 (19.0.0.1) and everything
seems to be going well. There is one small annoyance:  I can't (permanently)
change the default margin sizes from 1 inch to .5 inches for printing output
(.spv) files.  I've tried Page Set-up, but this works only temporarily.
I've also searched the manual and the archives, and tried to create a
TableLook, all to no avail.

Any ideas?
