Vista Extention bundle problem

windows Vista SPSS 20.0.0

after upgrading to SPSS 20 I tried to install STATS_DISTFIT again.

R and Python are installed, as usual. However, trying to install STATS_DISTFIT leads to the error message:

cannot install extention bundle to any of the specified locations
D: ...
C: ...

can't remember the solution (Vista Problem?)
