well, I had already set

SPSS_CDIALOGS_PATH = D:\SPSS_Pfad
SPSS_EXTENSIONS_PATH = D:\SPSS_Pfad

And copied STATS_DISTFIT.spd into that file.

But it doesn't work (error message).
