Are any of the members of one generation related to members of the other generation?  How were the samples obtained?

Hallo, I am not friendly with SPSS so I will be really glad if anyone could
help me. I am doing research comparing 2 generations, so there are 2
samples. Both generations were asked equal questions, for example: "What was
your favorite Sport in youth?" There are 4 answers - soccer, hockey etc (i
guess it is the weakest scale). There are about 15 questions. How can I see,
if there are any differences between 2 generations? Thanks.
