Hi,
If I have 4 dependent variables and one (fixed factor) independent categorical variable. I do not want to a MANCOVA as there is no biological interaction with the dependent variables. I want to do a ANCOVA with bonferroni correction to reduce the possibility of a type 1 error. On the options box of the GLM-univariate tab: I change the confidence interval adjustment to 'bonferroni' but do I also change the significance level on the same options box from 0.05 to 0.05 divided by the 4 (number of dependent variables)=0.0125 which adjusts the CI to 98.75.
