SPSS does not have tests for non-inferiority implemented. However, it
is easy to do it yourself, calculating the Ci's and p-values using
formulas you will find on the web. This is, of course, depending on
what kind of test you plan to do (e.g. comparing categorical data,
comparing continuous data etc.). You always need to have a
non-inferiority margin, defining what would be accepted as 'no
difference'. Normally non-inferiority is established with the CI's
