"Run Pending Transform" button

I find a strange behaviour of "Run Pending Transform" button if I put
front that button on a toolbar (e.g. in Syntax Editor). The button remains
inactive after I run a transformation command (without EXECUTE). For it to
appear active so that you can press it, you have first to mouse-click
inside the syntax window somewhere. If other people see this behaviour
too, it should be logged as a bug.
