Upon a bit of diddling I deduce that the expression for C_WEIGHT can be simplified to:
COMPUTE C_WEIGHT=(P_G * P_A * P_R /N_OBS )*<Desired_N>.
Plug in whatever for <Desired_N> I would suggest your original sample size!.
