Paneled scatterplots with ggraph

Hello,

I am trying to create paneled scatterplots that conform to a particular configuration using ggraph in SPSS (version 20). The paneling variable I'm using has 6 categories, resulting in 6 scatterplots in a row. What I would like is to have two rows, three scatterplots on the top and three scatterplots on the bottom. Is it possible to arrange the paneled scatterplots this way? Do I need to split the paneling variable into two separate variables? I haven't figured out how to successfully panel using two separate variables.
