Need help to know the significant cells in t-test

my problem is

i used paired t-test in spss with gene expression data
by using this data after finish t-test i need to know which cells(or genes) are significant
which means that cell is greater than p-value(0.05)
also i need to display in output window the calculated p-value for each cells(genes)
