Data consolidation

I have prescriptions dispensed weekly for each patient ID. How do I consolidate data for the total month based on the variables (generic name) and variable (quantity)? Example for ID1 drug e total quantity supplied for the entire month (04/2011) should appear as druge 14. Please see attached data file.Samplecopy.sav Thanks Prasad
