Thanks for the reply.
I have three questions to answer.
1 How to defined threshold (x) of body temperature ? Those are >=39.0, >=39.5 and >=40. i already worked out for this question. (Transfer> Count in to the different variables),

However below two (2 and 3) questions are giving me heard time.

2. If body temperature goes above any of the three x thresholds then for how long (y=time) it persist? The time intervals, I would like to have are 1h, 3h, 6h, 1 day and 3 days.
3.  How frequent the y interval occurs in 10 days? Any drop below x threshold for z (10 min, 20 min .... ) time and subsequent increase in body temperature above x threshold considered to be a new y episode.  

The previously described table is short summery of my data set.
