SPSS 20 - files not opening, can't find file error

Hi,

I recently updated to IBM SPSS Version 20, and I'm having an issue. When I try to open my already saved SPSS files, I'm getting an error reading 'Windows cannot open file, please ensure you have typed the correct name' or something along those lines. I have to continuously try to open the file and it usually opens eventually, but then a separate one opens for every time I've clicked on it! I really need to sort this issue as I have an exam next week for which I need to be able to open already made files quickly. My system is Windows Vista if that makes a difference. Would really appreciate any help!
