Finding question incidence

I haven't seen any clarification from the OP about the data structure, but
if these questions are all in sav files of various vintages, the GATHERMD
extension command may be helpful.  It can scan a bunch of data files and
produce a dataset of variable names, labels and other attributes across
all these file.  If the question text is saved as the variable label or as
a custom attribute, then a simple sort will reveal the usage.
