Estimated probabilities in ordinal regression

Hello all, I run an ordinal regression with number of people at a beach as DV and weekends and sunlight hours as IVs. DV and sunlight hours were ordinal variables with three and four categories respectively whereas weekends was nominal. How could I build a table like the one below i found on internet which can show the predicted probability of an IV variable category being at any specific DV category? Thanks.
