combining response time and accuracy

Hello, is anyone aware of a good way to combine the response time (RT) measure with accuracy measure when it comes to cognitive tests? I am familiar with the “efficiency score” which consists of mean RT divided by the accuracy score but this measure is supposed to be inappropriate for tests with low accuracy levels.

Any sources or tips greatly appreciated.
