Dendrogram by GPL

Is it possible to draw a dendrogram, such as after hierarchical clustering, via GPL?
Admit that the necessary output data for this (such as agglomeration schedule or whatever) is provided. What might be the GPL syntax to draw that output data as dendrogram? GPL gurus, please share your ideas. Many thanks.
