How do I customize the caption of a CTABLE

I have results from a simple 20 question satisfaction survey and I would
like to put the number of males and females that responded to the survey
in the caption of a custom table.

Any ideas on how to do this? I don't want to take up space with an entire
column in my table just for the number of responses since the number is
the same for every question.
