My guess is that you mean to say -- in the terms that we
are familiar with -- that you have 100 variables for each
of 1000 cases.  Is that right?

"... a pass rate of 99%" does not remind me of anything.
What is that, in other terminology?

Or, what are you trying to do?

I have 1000 samples, each sample has 100 data. I would like to sample from the 1000 samples and  ensure that each sampled data has a pass rate of 99%. Could you advise how to do it in SPSS Syntax?
