Missing Node Types PSAPI

Hi,
I'm trying to generate a Support Vector Machine node via PSAPI, but the only one that seems to be available is the "BUILD_ORACLE_SVM". When I try to use this, SPSS complains that I have no Oracle connection established. However, in Modeler it seems that there is a "native" SPSS implementation of SVM, so I'm confused as to why this node type is not available in PSAPI. Any help would be appreciated, and I apologize in advance if I am just missing something obvious!
