SPSS Question

Hi, I want to compare car accident deaths in two groups of people aged 18-24 and 24-30 (study included a wide age range) using a Cox hazard model using SPSS version 22. I want unadjusted results, but then want to enter covariates such as whether or not they are on medications, gender, and speed in the adjusted model. How do I input these into SPSS? I know to go to analyze --> survival analysis --> cox regression but keep getting stuck after. Thank you!
