Why are you asking about WarpPLS (http://warppls.blogspot.ca/2009/12/welcome-to-warppls-community.html) in a forum dedicated to SPSS?  Perhaps you would have better luck sending your question to the author of the blog linked above, or posting to this list:

Some have four indicators, some have more than ten indicators and one has has three indicators but the latent variable with the three indicators has three constant values for example (0.55, 0.42, 0.56). I'm using Warppls software !!!

2. The software automatically  delete all identical columns so how can I overcome this issue.
