Multivariate ROC analysis on SPSS

Hi,

I'm examining the sensitivity and specificity of different domains within a diagnostic test. Overall diagnosis relies on being above threshold on domain A and above threshold on B or C.
Eg: A >=10 & ((B >=5) | (C>=3)) = 1

Therefore in order to investigate each domain seperately I need to 'hold' the covariates constant for each analysis. I think this is called covariate or multivariate ROC analysis.

I have been unable to find anything on the net as to how to do this in SPSS and I wondered if it was possible in syntax (or another programme free at universities!).
