Help with Fleiss Kappa SPSS Bundle

I am trying to run a Fleiss Kappa analysis for raters looking at MRI scans.
There are 47 raters looking at 3 scans each.   It is categorical data, so an ICC would not be appropriate.

I have installed the extension bundle in spss.
When I run the bundle it says I have too few complete cases even though my dataset has no missing values.  

I have been able to run it using online calculators, but am a bit frustrated as to why this won't work in SPSS.

Any advice would be appreciated.
