Good point. The advantage of Krippendorff's alpha is that it will handle not only nominal data, but ordinal, interval, and ratio as well. It's also tailored to allow for missing data. The one caution in being overly exuberant is that when there are no missing data, as the number of subjects/items increases, the values are identical to Fleiss' kappa with nominal data.
