It’s difficult to help from here but I’ll try.
1. Are the DV values consecutive whole numbers starting at zero as follows?: 0,1,2,3,4,5
2. Did you remove baseline scores from the DV when you decided to treat them as a covariate? If you did remove them, do the DV values now range from “1” to “5”?
