test for percentage of two or more independent samples

Juanito Talili
May I know what is available in SPSS that could do the following:

1. Test the significant difference in percentage of individuals between two options in a survey question.  For example, in a yes or no question, 100 persons are asked. Then, a test of significant difference is conducted if there is a significant difference in percentage of persons between those who answered yes and no..

2. Test the significant difference in percentage of individuals among more than two options where the options are CATEGORICAL (NOMINAL). For example, what is your favorite dress color (red, yellow, blue)

3.Test the significant difference in percentage of individuals among more than two options where the options are ORDINAL. For example: level of importance in a five point Likert scale.
