Thanks! I think you're totally right but I still need to do these kinds of
analyses for my research.. If you have a better idea on how to solve this I
will be very much open to know that tho:) But just reading more about what
the analyses actually mean will not finish my thesis. (I do know what you
mean, like there shouldn't be multicollinearity etc. for this model).
I still have to research the relationship between season and weather
conditions and 5 physical activity variables and I don't know how to do it
if I cannot use multiple regression.

Maybe it is good to do one analysis with season and one with weather conditions?

Re: test with multiple independent and dependent variables

Before you "do these kinds of analyses for your research" you need to
properly conceptualize and articulate an appropriate research question. It
sounds to me like you're jumping over the most important steps to arrive at
one of the last ones (running a statistical model) in an incorrect order.
Ultimately, a "season" is just a description of several different things
that occur during a regular cycle during the year and result from the tilt
of the earth's axis and your position on the globe. This strongly affects
weather conditions and related phenomena like hours of sun per day. So the
season (time of year) could be thought about as the IV and the weather
conditions and similar as various mediating variables that come "in-between"
the season and the activity. ... but these matters aren't really about
statistics per se, they are about the proper understanding of an exact
research question and about cause and effect and similar matters. So the
types of questions you're asking really aren't about statistics or spss and
therefore you're looking to the wrong place for answers. You need to go back
to your thesis advisers for assistance with the research question or go to
the appropriate resource for assistance on this critical matter before
trying to figure out what to run in a statistical package. Students are
usually told to examine prior research as a first step to understand what
was done before and what is still left undone/unknown.  Doing the last
stages (statistical analysis) before the preliminary work is simply a waste
of time. It sounds to me like asking the types of questions you're asking on
this list is going to do nothing other the result in frustration and
confusion for everyone involved.
