Hello,
I am wanting to compare two scores and am not sure regarding the best
way to do this. Score one has missing values and score two is the
same variable, except missing values were recoded as '0'. I wanted
to compare what difference there was between the two scores. A
dependent t-test will not work as it excludes the values for which
there is no valid pair. Any thoughts on options that might be
applicable are appreciated.
