v 19 help

Hi all
 
Is there a pdf of the command syntax reference for v19 that can be downloaded?  I find the html help system painfully slow to load, and I have to click through several links to find what I need whereas with the pdf, it was easy to check the bookmarks to get to the topic quickly.

The PDF version is installed with the product and can be accessed from the Help menu: Help>Command Syntax Reference

thanks!  I also played around with it and found a tab on the left that gave me the same view as the pdf so I'm good to go.
