Putting on my psychology hat, what type of validity are you looking for, content, construct or criterian related validity. I think we need a little more information.

I wonder how I can check the validity of a questionnaire like this:

Main response

Response4………………………
The questionnaire is composed of 13 scenarios, each followed by 4 responses. Respondents need to read each scenario and then to choose one of those responses as the response they are most likely to have if faced with that scenario.
