waht does E1 mean

jimjohn
when i look at the descriptive stats for a variable, its mean says:
1.7664E1
can someone plz tell me what the E1 means. thanks!

It is scientific notation.
The true value of your mean is 17.664.
Change the format of the cell to show it without scientific notation.
