wxpython and SPSS on MAC OS X

drjfp
Hallo,

is there any chance or workaround to get wxpython work together with SPSS (22) on MAC OS (10.9)? wxpython requires a framework-version of python with MAC OS, and SPSS requires a non-framework version of Python on MAC OS... Or is there another GUI working with SPSS on MAC?

Any hints will be welcome!

Best regards,

As long as your have a standard Python 2.7 installed, you can specify that SPSS should use that instead of the private version it installs.  Use Edit > Options > Files to select that version and you should be good to go.
