Who can give me references of books concerning descriptive statistics,
cluster analysis and regression for new spss users (better in french but
also in uk).

SPSS 15 made Simple by Kinnear and Gray ( ISBN 978-1-84169-686-7 ) - it covers the topics you want, plus many more, and designed for beginners ( actually 1st year University students ). As well as helping with running the tests it also covers how to interpret the results etc. !!
