Please help, DESPERATE
MY computer crashed and I need to redownload spss v20 for mac for which I have a license
Please can I be provided with the direct link to download. The ibm pagesdirect me round in circles, or to dead links
Desperate, as I have work with deadlines
Any help gratefully received
Obviously, ibm spss support does not work on week-end

1.     If you purchased the software from IBM SPSS click the following link to go to the IBM Software and Services Overview page:

https://www-112.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/softwareandservices/
Then locate and click the “Customer sign-in” link which takes you to the Sign-in page.

2.     On the Sign-in page enter your IBM ID and password. You will then be taken to the “Software and Services” online page.

3.     On the right column under “Find it Fast” click the “Download software” link.
