could look at Bengt Muthen's work in this area, I'm sorry I don't have a

Can someone kindly tell me how to create an interaction in Amos? Do you
need
to multiply each scale item (observed variable) individually? So if a
3-item factor interacts with a 4-item factor, the resulting interaction
would have 12 items (3x4) feeding into it? Is this correct? Is there an
easier way?
