Is there any easy way to convert a data file in SAS to SPSS? Thanks.

Through pull down, it is file, open, data and then you specify the SAS
file type

For example, for the sas7bdat file extension SPSS syntax is:

GET
  SAS DATA='file location\filename.sas7bdat'.

Yes, of course:

GET SAS DATA='c:\myfile.sas7bdat'.
SAVE OUTFILE='c:\myfile.sav' /COMPRESSED.

Or using menus: file>open>data - file>save as.
