SPSS 20 desktop as a server license

we are a bit confused: Is it possible to use our IBM-SPSS 20 program (desktop) on our server with remote access from a pc?

If it were possible, what incentives would exist for IBM to have a server version available at a SIGNIFICANTLY higher price? Follow the money Frank!
