SPSS support

Bawden, Meraud
Does anyone know the right email address for SPSS support now? It’s a licence question I need to talk to someone about.  I’m struggling to find anything on the IBM website…

Thanks,

That link goes to the forums on the SPSS Community website.  That's a fine place to post questions, but it is NOT a link to Technical Support.  It's a set of community discussion places.  Anyone can read, free registration is required to post (in order to keep the spam down), but anyone can register.

You're right it's not very easy to find. You need to be a Primary Contact or a Site Technical Contact in order to be able to do service requests. You also need to register. I've been in touch with them for the past 10 or so days and I find their support very good. Go to www.spss.com --> MyIBM --> technical support.

Albert-Jan

All right, but apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a
fresh water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
