TURF Analysis

Alexandra Chirilov-2

Dear listers,

I have a problem with computing the optimal solution using TURF algorithm. I try to create an automatic spreadsheet using Solver add-in that comes with Excel.

Can anyone help me with such a spreadsheet or something else useful for compute an optimal TURF SOLUTION?

Thank you very much,

Alexandra

Have you tried the SPSSINC TURF extension command?  You can download it from SPSS Developer Central (www.spss.com/devcentral).  It requires at least Statistics version 17 and the Python programmability plugin.

Re: TURF Analysis

I never use before Phyton! I download SPSSINC TURF from SPSS Developer Central and PASWStatistics_PythonEssentials_18_win32. I install the last one and the first one using Install Custom Dialog.

The following error is return to me:

Error # 1.  Command name: SPSSINC

The first word in the line is not recognized as a PASW Statistics command.

Execution of this command stops.

What is wrong?

Thk,

Alexandra Chirilov
