Time-dependent cox model example

Hi,

Can anyone please send a link or some resources where i can get a good example of how the time-dependent cox model is performed? I want to know how the calculations are done for the test statistic.

Also, i want to know how we can perform the time-dependent cox regression in spss. Please share any useful resources.

Look at the case study (accessible from the Help menu) for time dependent cox regression.  Also, the algorithms details is available in the algorithms material.
