Can someone please tell me how I can use the spss matrix for weighted kappa

Are you asking specifically for matrix language computations, or do you just want to compute weighted kappa by any means?  If the latter, weighted kappa (with quadratic weights) is equivalent to the most common form of intraclass correlation coefficient.

Rather than write the code for you I will suggest you make an attempt at implementation and if you get stuck post back whatever issues you encounter.  This has the gnawing feel of a homework assignment.
